Physical Activities










This holiday, I did about 11hours physical activities gain a lot.
First, I really feel that doing physical trainings is good for our health.
Then, an adage said: the body is the revolution's capital. Exactly as this adage said, we should do activities every day and it can help us become stronger and stronger.
My favorite physical activity is basketball. So I did basketball activities most and I think we should try to do different kinds of activities, so in this holiday, I also played badminton with my uncle and run with my mother in the park.
I think carry out the physical activities is a very good way to let us keep our bodies healthy. Because it not only improve our soma, but also can make our psychological sentiments become
better, it can help us change the both important parts of our bodies.
For example, when you get up in the morning, you walk to a park for running, the air in the morning usually will be very clean, so you can enjoy the pure and fresh air you will be in a cheerful frame of mind, of course at the same time, your body also need this fresh air. So exactly as the wards I said, join the physical activities will improve both our bodies and psychological sentiments.
After last year’s Beijing Olympic Games was held in China, the Chinese people is becoming more and more care about the physical activities, because all the people know how important taking exercise is. It’s easy to see the position of physical activities is becoming higher and higher in the public’s heart.



So that’s all thing I have known after this holiday’s physical training event, I like it very much.
In the future, I will also do some physical activities every day, I believe if I keep doing it I will improve a lot in my body and I also hope more and more people can know the importance of doing physical activities.
